Boiler KPm-2,0 is a fire-tube steam boiler with a nominal steam productivity of 2,0 t/h, designed to produce saturated steam at smaller process and heating facilities. The boiler is rated for a coolant working pressure of 14 bar and delivers an efficiency factor of at least 85% at an exit gas temperature of 200 °С. Thermal power is regulated across the 50-100% range.

Scope of Delivery for Boiler Equipment

1. KRIGER KPm-4.00 steam boiler units, consisting of a refractory-lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger, connecting flue ducts, and maintenance platforms and ladders;
2. A screw-type fuel feeding system with a boiler-side hopper equipped with an automated level control system, a feed gate, and a fire suppression system;
3. A multicyclone filter with a sealed sluice feeder;
4. An automated ash removal system from the furnace, heat exchanger, multicyclone, and economizer into sealed mobile containers;
5. Pneumatic cleaning system for the boiler heat exchangers and economizer;
6. Frequency-controlled induced draft fan;
7. Set of frequency-controlled blast fans;
8. Boiler feedwater pump station;
9. Automatic continuous blowdown system with a real-time salt content controller;
10. Hydraulic stations and hydraulic cylinders for the inclined grate drive, complete with fittings and hydraulic hoses;
11. Automatic monitoring and control system for the unit;
12. Documentation (certificates of conformity, boiler data sheet, operating manual, bill of materials, service log, specifications for foundation design and utility connections);
