Scope of application: heating of industrial buildings and structures, hot water supply and ensuring the operation of drying chambers for wood and agricultural products.

Type of execution: steel fire-tube boilers with movable and non-movable bar grates.

Boilers of “Hybrid” series:

The model range of “Hybrid” boilers` series includes boilers with stationary non-movable bar grates, mechanized supply of solid fuel, flue gases cleaning system, mechanized ash removal and a control and monitoring system for the operation of the boiler.

By agreement with a customer, this boiler model can be supplemented with mechanization of the ash removal system for flue gas cleaning and fire tubes` cleaning.

Delivery set of boiler equipment

1. Unit of Kriger KVM KOMVI water heating boiler, including heat exchanger and retort base;
2. "Auger" type fuel supply device with a hopper volume of 1.3 m3;
3. Multicyclone filter;
4. Smoke extractor with frequency control;
5. Set of blowing fans with frequency control;
6. System of pneumatic cleaning of the heat exchanger;
7. Automatic ash removal system from the furnace and multicyclone
8. A set of shut-off and regulating fittings within the boiler;
9. The system of automatic control and management of the operation of the installation;
10. Documentation (boiler passport, operating instructions, equipment list, service log).
