This type of boiler is characterized by high performance characteristics and economic efficiency. The wide range of coolant operating temperature from 115 °С till 195 °С allows their use both: in the field of heating systems and for supporting of technological processes of various industrial enterprises. One of the newest areas of application of superheated water boilers, produced by “Kriger” company, is their use in electricity production systems, with subsequent use in heating and hot water supply systems. Boilers of this type are manufactured in fire-tube and water fire-tube designs. Depending on the design, boilers are manufactured for operating pressures of 16 Bars and 23 Bars.

These boilers are manufactured in a form of a heat-insulated water-tube furnace and a fire-tube heat-exchanger, connected one after another in series.
The furnace contains a movable bar grate with automatic ash-removal devices.
The fuel supply into the furnace is mechanized.
The amount of air and the amount of fuel to optimize the combustion process is regulated by the boiler operation control system.
The design of the furnace allows us to burn with high quality fuel, with humidity up to 55%.
The fire-tube heat-exchanger is equipped with an automatic pipe cleaning system by
compressed air.
The control system, based on an industrial computer, allows you to monitor and
regulate all boiler parameters with a high degree of reliability.
Delivery set of boiler equipment
1. Kriger KVm boiler, consisting of a lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger, connecting gas ducts and service platforms and ladders;
2. Screw-type fuel supply device with a boiler hopper equipped with an automated level maintenance system, a sluice gate and fire extinguishing system;
3. Multicyclone filter with hermetic sluice dispenser;
4. Automated ash removal system from the furnace, heat exchanger, multicyclone and economizer into hermetic mobile containers;
5. System of pneumatic cleaning of heat exchangers of the boiler and economizer;
6. Circulation and recirculation smoke extractors with frequency control;
7. Set of blowing fans with frequency control;
8. A set of pipelines and shut-off and regulating fittings within the boiler;
9. The system of automatic control and management of the operation of the installation (power supply and control and management cabinets);
10. Documentation (certificates of conformity, boiler passport, operating instructions, equipment list, service log, design tasks).
