Boiler KPm-3,8
Steam boiler plants of KPm series, working with solid fuel, have high automation and good quality of the solid fuel burning process, using the best monitoring devices and control systems.
The use of raw materials as fuel, which does not require additional economic costs for drying and processing, makes these boilers more economical and attractive to consumers.
The use of a complex of systems for storing and fuel supply, ash and slag removing from the furnace and from boiler, ensures high autonomy in the operation of these units.
Steam boilers of this series can be manufactured in fire-tube and water fire-tube versions, and they are equipped with water pre-heating devices (economizers) and flue gas cleaning systems.
The boilers can be used both for: heating and hot water supply systems, and on purpose to support technological processes in different industries, with a working steam pressure of up to 14 Bars.
Fire-tube steam boilers.
Fire-tube steam boilers are designed as a non-cooled, heat-insulated furnace with a movable inclined grate and a fire-tube steam generator.
Fuel is supplied to the furnace by a screw conveyor on command from the boiler operation control system.
The movement of the inclined grate is ensured by hydraulic cylinders.
Ash and slag removal from the furnace is designed as dry, by means of a screw conveyor.
The frequency and duration of operation of the grate and ash removal conveyor is determined by the boiler operation control system, depending on its operating mode.
The fire-tube steam generator is equipped with a device for automatically cleaning of the heat-exchanger pipes with compressed air.
Control of steam boiler operating parameters, coolant level, pressure and steam temperature is set and regulated by the control system.
