Scope of application: heating of industrial buildings and structures, hot water supply and ensuring the operation of drying chambers for wood and agricultural products.
Type of execution: steel fire-tube boilers with movable and non-movable bar grates.
Boilers of «GР» series:
High-technological steel fire-tube units of “GP” series provide for automatic operation with minimal operator's intervention. Such units have been created on the basis of the latest achievements of the engineering thought and proven advanced solid fuel burning technologies, boilers with movable bar grates, which are rightfully considered to be the most effective examples of world's boiler constructing.
Boilers, produced by “KRIGER” company have a number of features, that make them ideal for burning of various types of fuel with humidity up to 55%, and at the same time correspond to the current European standards and regulations, regarding flue gas emissions into the environment.
The boilers are equipped with continuous fuel supply systems, flue gas cleaning units, ash removal automated systems, cleaning of fire tubes, and a control and monitoring system for the boiler operation. The control system allows you to regulate and adjust the operation of the boiler remotely.
Delivery set of boiler equipment
1. Kriger KVm GP boiler, consisting of a lined furnace with an inclined grate, a main heat exchanger, an economizer heat exchanger, connecting gas ducts and service platforms and ladders;
2. Screw-type fuel supply device with a boiler hopper equipped with an automated level maintenance system, a sluice gate and fire extinguishing system;
3. Multicyclone filter with hermetic sluice dispenser;
4. Automated ash removal system from the furnace, heat exchanger, multicyclone and economizer into hermetic mobile containers;
5. System of pneumatic cleaning of heat exchangers of the boiler and economizer;
6. Circulation and recirculation smoke extractors with frequency control;
7. Set of blowing fans with frequency control;
8. A set of pipelines and shut-off and regulating fittings within the boiler;
9. The system of automatic control and management of the operation of the installation (power supply and control and management cabinets);
10. Automated hydraulic fuel storage "Living Bottom" with a volume of 150m3;
11. Hermetic chain conveyor from the warehouse to the boiler up to 20 m long;
12. Documentation (certificates of conformity, boiler passport, operating instructions, equipment list, service log, design tasks).
